At SAC, we believe a positive work culture makes all the difference. We are a diverse group of professionals who believe in the power of teamwork, embody SAC’s progressive mindset, and champion our mission to create value for our clients, our partners and ourselves. We value our team members unique set of skills and experiences and encourage internal collaboration as a powerful development tool.
We understand that life doesn’t start and stop at the doors of SAC. We want our team members to be healthy, enjoy their time both in and outside the workplace, and have the financial resources and support they need to succeed both personally and professionally.
Two years ago, Gabe began with SAC as in inspector for our Quality Control Department. “What I love about ensuring quality, is the problem solving that goes with it,” Gabe shares, when asked what he enjoys most about his role. “Each day is unique and offers its own challenges which keeps my job interesting!”
Now as our Quality Control Manager, Gabe is recognized for his steadfast personality – his passion for doing a great job, and intention to lead by example, make him an excellent player on our team. “I feel I’ve contributed to the work ethic,” he shares, “The culture here at SAC is driven by customer satisfaction and strong leadership. I get a sense of being part of a team in doing a job well done…and I feel appreciated for the work I do, something many companies do not extend to their employees.”
Throughout his time at SAC, Gabe has played a key role in our AISC Certification audits. He obtained his Level II certification for Visual Penetrant and Magnetic Particle Testing, and looks forward to receiving his CWI certification and continuing his education in Materials Science and Engineering.
Some of Gabe’s personal goals are to learn how to fly, and to climb Mt. Whitney in California. Growing up in Southern California, he became fond of hiking, camping, and skateboarding at a young age. He continues these hobbies today and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
