At SAC, we believe a positive work culture makes all the difference. We are a diverse group of professionals who believe in the power of teamwork, embody SAC’s progressive mindset, and champion our mission to create value for our clients, our partners and ourselves. We value our team members unique set of skills and experiences and encourage internal collaboration as a powerful development tool.
We understand that life doesn’t start and stop at the doors of SAC. We want our team members to be healthy, enjoy their time both in and outside the workplace, and have the financial resources and support they need to succeed both personally and professionally.
Kestyn started at SAC almost a year ago as an Administrative Assistant to our Vice President of Fabrication Services, Rick Simons. Before she began at SAC, she worked for a health insurance company processing appeals. While Kestyn works as Rick’s assistant, she also plays a big role in the Safety Committee, the People & Culture Department, and the production of our quarterly newsletter.
Kestyn describes her experience at SAC as, “Encouraging and refreshing to find a new job that plays to my strengths and skillset.” When asked what makes SAC a great place to work, she shares, “The dedication to create and sustain a positive and encouraging workplace is what makes SAC great… I love that I have weekly tasks in my role to get done, but on top of that, I have other tasks thrown my way and they’re always a fun challenge.”
Kestyn loves a challenge outside of work too, and one of her personal goals is to go back to school to get her bachelor’s degree. Kestyn also describes herself as a creative and adventurous person, “I have a lot of creative outlets such as writing, photography, painting, crafting, etc. I also spend a lot of time at the gym and outdoors.”
