Keith joined SAC in late 2017 with a background in non-profit organizational leadership, as well as music, media and communications management. He has worn many hats throughout his time at SAC, from coordinating in our Fabrication and Purchasing Departments, to developing training manuals, to later assisting with IT support. Today, he manages our IT Department, and spreads his passion for leadership as SAC’s Leadership and Development Coach.
Keith shines at SAC in an environment he defines as “positive and growth-minded,” and appreciates SAC’s focus on leadership and development as part of our everyday lives. As the L&D Coach, he works closely with employees at SAC in all positions. “I believe I have contributed to a greater awareness of the need and opportunity to focus on each SAC team member’s personal and professional development – understanding what our own personal vision and values are, and how they contribute to furthering SAC’s vision and values as a company.”
As a natural people-person and extrovert, Keith believes a day spent collaborating is a good day. “I love the daily interaction with the people of SAC,” he shares, “and I enjoy helping other people discover different ways to grow as individuals and professionals; solving problems to achieve outcomes they can be proud of.” As L&D Coach, Keith also appreciates the influence each team member has on his own growth path. “I am always looking for ways to grow as a person and leader myself. I know I am not alone in that. It was really a question of ‘How can I bloom where I’m planted here at SAC?’ and by asking that question, I discovered an opportunity to grow together with others at SAC.”
Keith is working towards several Leadership Certifications, and outside of work, he enjoys drinking coffee, playing the guitar, reading books, watching Westerns, and spending time with his family.
