Manny Romero joined SAC 10 years ago with a well-established career in the Construction Industry. He began in our West Coast Branch as Operations Manager and has since held roles in our Compliance and Project Management Departments. He is currently SAC’s Senior Field Specialist, based out of our Utah office.
SAC’s Field Services Team supports clients through on-site meetings, ensuring the proper installation of our products, assisting with any material needs, and providing the opportunity for clients to share feedback on our overall performance. “In our line of work, most companies never send someone out to the project unless there is a problem,” he shares, “SAC leads the pack by demonstrating real concern for our clients. We give them the confidence to know that SAC will be there for them throughout the current project and beyond.”
Manny is known throughout SAC for his outgoing personality and ability to spark up a conversation with anybody. And in a world of evolving virtual communication, he knows our clients still appreciate the onsite, face-to-face interaction our Field Services Team does best. “It makes me proud to be on the front lines, representing SAC, supporting our growth through positive relationships with clients….I truly love what I do!”
Manny has witnessed tremendous change at SAC since his start in 2011. He came on board to a small group of 10, and today, SAC has expanded to nearly 200 employees. “Over the years the culture has definitely evolved, and for a large group that we are now, there is a real sense of family and comradery.” Manny looks forward to an even greater future at SAC, as we expand our teams, technologies, and facilities. “In my opinion, this culture will only continue to grow.”
